This policy applies to FL Transportation 4 U, Inc, doing business as FLT4U ("FLT4U", "we", "us"). Last updated: October 2026.

Information we collect

When you request a quote or book a ride, we collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, trip details (pickup, drop-off, date and time) and, if you provide it, your flight number.

How we use it

We use this information to schedule and provide your ride, send confirmations, invoices and receipts, and contact you about your trip.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number when booking and agree to receive text messages, we send transactional messages about your ride only: booking confirmations, driver on the way, driver arrived, and trip completed. Message frequency varies with your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send marketing text messages.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers we need to operate (payment, email, text messaging, mapping and calendar services), and only to deliver your ride.
