Terms of Service

These terms apply to FL Transportation 4 U, Inc, doing business as FLT4U ("FLT4U", "we", "us"). Last updated: October 2026.

Booking

By booking, you agree to these terms. Quoted prices include the trip fare; gratuity is shown separately. Airport and seaport fees, night surcharges and tolls may apply and appear in your quote when relevant.

Payment and reservation

Payment is processed by Stripe and confirms your reservation. A reservation is confirmed once payment is received.

Passengers and conduct

Passenger count must not exceed the vehicle capacity. Smoking and illegal substances are prohibited. Clients are responsible for damage or cleaning caused by them or their party.

Delays

FLT4U is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather or flight changes, but will do its best to accommodate you.

SMS Terms

Program: FLT4U ride notifications. By checking the consent box when booking, you agree to receive text messages from FLT4U about your ride (booking confirmations, driver on the way, driver arrived, trip completed). Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, or HELP for help.
